Q. Why should I choose you to clean my house?

Q. How long will my carpets take to dry?

A. Dry times depend on a number of variables.

• The length of carpet fibres.
• The amount of moisture in the air.
• The type of cleaning method we choose.
• The amount of dirt in the carpet.

For an average carpet with medium soiling you can expect to use your carpet immediately. On the day we clean your carpet, we will advise you on dry times and the best ways to help the carpet dry quicker.

Q. Do you charge per hour or per job?

A. We do not charge by the hour. Before we do anything we give you a fixed price. We prefer to come round and give you a quote at your home or Business.

Q. What are your working hours?

A. 8am untill 6pm. We will go out of our way to meet your requirements working later or weekends when needed.

Q. What payment do you accept?

A. We accept cash or cheques.

Q. Will I have to move my furniture out for carpet cleaning?

A. No. Normally we move sofas etc to one side of the room and clean half a room at a time. All we ask is if you can move small items before we clean (small tables etc) Any expensive items that could fall will obviously help us as well. We will discuss this in detail with you whilst we are carrying out your survey.

Q. Are you fully trained?

A. Yes. We take cleaning very seriously and attend courses every year, this keeps us up to date with the latest methods and cleaning standards. We also attend many cleaning shows though out England to look for new methods and techniques. We are members of The National Carpet Cleaning Association (NCCA) and British Franchise Association (BFA).
Certificates can be produced on request.

Q. Are you fully insured?

A. Yes. We are covered by £5 million public liability insurance - just in case.
